SEPS Call for Proposals in Latin America and the Caribbean

Our second SEPS call in 2015 is open! This time we focus on the introduction of small-scale renewable energy technologies and knowledge exchanges in Latin America and the Caribbean.

This SEPS call is looking for project concepts that demonstrate the application of small-scale renewable energy technologies to meet energy-related needs and improve energy access in Latin America and the Caribbean. For example, projects might aim to meet energy needs for reliable electricity or heat supply, for food processing and conservation, or for water pumping and treatment.

As in previous calls, in addition to supporting technical project implementation, SEPS will also support knowledge exchanges within the target region that address the capacity-building needs of actors and organisations working in the field.

All further information on the call and what kind of applications are welcome is available at SEPS Energy Projects (including application forms). Our selection criteria are available here.

The deadline for the submission of applications is 21st December 2015, 4pm GMT.

Please note: application forms and further documents have to be submitted in English. Applications written in Spanish will not be considered.
