The theme of this year’s forum is “Going Further, Faster – Together” and the event will act as a marketplace to help broker new partnerships and ideas, spur investment and drive action towards sustainable energy and achieving Sustainable Development Goal 7.

Wind Empowerment Maintenance Manual

Many wind turbines inspired and based on a concept developed by Hugh Piggott have been manufactured all around the world. While most of the turbines built according to these specifications performed well initially, many broke down after some time due to a lack of appropriate maintenance.
This third edition of the maintenance manual includes preventative and corrective maintenance according to common issues that are happening, based on Wind Empowerment's experience and feedback from members around the world.

Meet the WISIONS Team at the Indo-German Dialogue on Green Urban Practices in Chennai, India

The symposium serves as a platform to bring together selected people from academia, grassroots activists, environment entrepreneurs and policy makers for a dialogue about the role and potentials that socially innovative individuals and citizens initiatives have in the sustainability transition of cities.
Central to the Dialogue is to utilize the interactive group facilitation method “Collaboratory”, aiming at engaging relevant actors in a collective visioning process around “big” social challenges.
The Dialogue is sponsored by the Heinrich Böll Foundation India and IGCS, held in collaboration with the Consulate General of the Federal Republic of Germany.
